Transformation

In 2011, I was 21 years old and not healthy at all. Drank all the time, ate whatever I wanted, and thought I could out work all my bad habits a few times a week at the gym. I now realize my health habits affected so many other aspects of my life: energy, friendships, view of life, and personal happiness. I associated my happiness with going out several times a week and eating junk. 2015, I am now in the best shape of my life, but even more importantly the inward transformation is what matters most. I have more energy than ever (thank God so I can chase this kid!), I have made new friendships with women who support me and lift me up, I look for the positive in every situation and person, every day I work on bettering myself rather than blaming others for my troubles, and I have found a healthy lifestyle that provides me with all of this and so much MORE!!
